5 Steps to a Successful 2017

If you follow these 5 Steps you will reach the level of success you are looking in 2017!

Step ONE: Figure Out Your WHY.

It all starts with having a clear vision of why you want to achieve your goal.

First don’t get caught up in all the daily steps it will take to achieve your goals, think BIG picture then move inward to the smaller goals that will support your big vision. All your actions should support your WHY.

Step TWO: Make a Plan

There is no winging it in success!!

A good tip is too put your plan in your "external brain". What I mean by this is, don’t just think about it. Write it down, print it out, and hang it up. Having this visual every day will keep you on track!

Step THREE: Find Accountability

Find someone who will hold you accountable.

As a team we have 23 other people to hold us accountable. No matter your goal, there is someone out there who will support it!! Think a coach, mentor, or even a family member! Pick someone who will regularly ask you how you are doing on your goals.

Step FOUR: Track and Measure

Figure out what worked and what didn’t.

Now do more of what worked and less of what didn’t. Easy enough right? If you follow these steps you will see progress, but it’s important to pin point when the most success happened so that you can repeat this!

Step FIVE: Celebrate and Challenge Yourself

It’s important to enjoy when success comes your way.

If you lost the weight you set out to lose, that doesn’t mean start eating terrible again. It means challenge yourself to get stronger, try to do 10 more push ups then you did last time. There will ALWAYS be room for more success, no matter your goals.
